We strive to keep the workflow as simple and effective as possible.


  1. 1. The client sends us a project description to

    Morph8 Studios.

  1. 2. Client to provide us with design drawings and    

    specifications. This includes plans, sections,

    elevations, materials, specifications  & / or

    hand-drawn sketch details.

  1. 3. Morph8 Studios then send you a Proposal within 24

    hours of recieving the project details outlined

    before.

  1. 4. Client to approve the Statement of Work and issue a

    Retainership Payment.

  1. 5. Sketch / Preliminary renderings provided to Client

    for Approval.

  1. 6. Sketch / Preliminary renderings provided to Client

    for Approval.

The Workflow

We recommend at least 7 days notice for any job. Any project requested with less notice will be deemed urgent and additional charges may apply.


  1. • 3-5 days for Express Renders

  2. • 5-8 days for Standard Renders

  3. • 10-15 days for Short Animation Clips

  4. • 20-30 days for Long Animations & Interactive Presentations

Schedule

Once an agreement becomes effective all work and rates undertaken for the client will be based on the prior approved Proposal.


50% of payment shall be required at the start of the project and balance 50% on the approval of the final render.
